Better Nights (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the app.

• App Content: Data you create or upload in the app (stored in our database to provide core functionality).

• Log & Device Data: IP address, device identifiers, operating system, and timestamps when necessary for security and fraud prevention.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the app and its features.
• Authenticate users and personalize the experience.

• California (CCPA/CPRA): You may request access/deletion and to limit the use of sensitive data. We do not sell or “share” personal information as defined by the CCPA.

The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
